The Arturo Chair is an inspired reproduction of Arne Jacobsen’s famous modern classic Swan Chair, which was
originally designed in 1958 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. A truly revolutionary piece for its time,
the Swan Chair defied the structural limitations and made use of new manufacturing technologies that made it
possible to achieve the fluid form that has since become iconic of mid-century design. True to the original,
the Arturo Chair is constructed of a molded fiberglass shell with CFS foam application, yet introduces a more
contemporary modern feel with its lush suede-like fabric upholstery.
